You need to take an elevator to the 5th floor to get to the hotel lobby - this caused me a little confusion when I arrived, but once this minor mis-understanding was overcome, the hotel itself was excellent. The room was large, comfortable and fully featured (air-con, TV, kettle etc.) Tea sachets and fresh bottled water was provided daily (as well as the usual bathroom necessities and so forth) Security seemed pretty good, with key-card access required to the corridor as well as the room itself. The quality was truly excellent for the price. I'm staying in a couple of much more expensive hotels in the next few days - it will be interesting to see how they compare.
There's no view out of the window (Not a problem for me)

Great Value for Money, Friendly Staff, and Convenient Location the hotel I stayed in offered great value for money. the staff was always friendly and accommodating, even though communication was sometimes difficult due to a language barrier. the location was convenient, close to the water and within walking distance of popular bars and restaurants. Inside the hotel, the room was clean and comfortable for a few days' stay.
Strong Cigarette Odor, Lack of Adequate Storage, and Poor English Skills the cigarette smell in the hallways and rooms was quite strong, making it uncomfortable for non-smokers like myself. There was a lack of adequate storage space, with only a few coat hangers and tiny spaces to store clothes and personal belongings.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the comfortable and well-equipped rooms of this hotel. The daily cleaning service was very efficient and attentive to detail. The location was also ideal, as it was close to a variety of dining options and shopping centers. the buffet breakfast was definitely a highlight, offering a healthy and delicious start to the day.
The Wi-Fi connection was quite unreliable during my stay, with frequent disconnections and slow speeds. the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways was quite unpleasant and overwhelming at times.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with bars, cafes, and restaurants nearby. It is also close to the water and ferry terminals, providing easy access to the Bund. the staff are friendly and helpful, despite some language barriers. the rooms are simple yet cozy, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. There is a big supermarket downstairs where you can find everything you need.
The hotel is not close to public transport, which could be inconvenient for those who prefer to use it for getting around the city.
